High availability for your enterprise workloads: Take your Proxmox environment to the next level. This advanced module provides essential hands-on knowledge for deploying, managing, and optimizing Proxmox VE nodes in a clustered environment.

Cluster architecture: Components, requirements, and proven “best practices”.
Foundation: The Proxmox cluster file system (pmxcfs) and Corosync in detail.
Redundancy: Cluster networks, advanced VLANs, and site-wide software-defined networking (SDN).
Shared storage: Integration and management of shared storage solutions.
Ceph HCI: Hyperconverged infrastructure, Ceph RBD for virtual disks, and CephFS for cluster-based file storage.
Live migration: Seamlessly move running guests between cluster nodes.
ZFS replication: Use asynchronous disk replication in the cluster.
High Availability (HA): Implement high-availability concepts for VMs and containers in a targeted manner.
Failure scenarios: Hands-on exercises with simulated HA and Ceph failures.
Minimal setups: Operate 2-node clusters securely with an external tiebreaker (QDevice).
Automation: Speed up workflows via the Proxmox REST API and CLI tools.
Troubleshooting: Advanced troubleshooting in complex cluster environments.
