GRML is a Debian-based live system that can be booted from various media, such as USB sticks, CD-ROMs, DVDs, or via a network. GRML contains a wide range of software packages for system administrators and users of text-based programs.
The GRML system includes automatic hardware detection and can be used as a rescue system, for hardware and network analysis, or simply as a working environment.
Thanks to compression, GRML provides more than 2.1 GB of programs and documentation on a single CD. GRML is fully open source, flexible to use, and customizable.
