If you have problems with your open-source infrastructure or your database, we are happy to offer you ad-hoc emergency support. To do so, please contact us by email at vertrieb@credativ.de<\/a> or via our contact form<\/a>. In urgent cases, simply call us. We require information from you about the problem and about you as the client (company, authority). <\/p>\n

\"Emergency<\/p>\n

For legal reasons, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help you immediately as part of our ad-hoc support, but we naturally make every effort to start processing your request as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n

After your request, a technician will contact you and ask for initial details about the problem in order to clarify whether we can help you. In this case, we require a declaration of assumption of costs or an informal order from you. Of course, you can also set a time or cost limit here. Only the actual time spent is charged per hour started. <\/p>\n

We assist with error analysis<\/strong> and troubleshooting<\/strong> and support you in the event of unplanned staff absences and emergency situations.<\/p>\n
