The health of our employees is important to us. Here too, as a company, we provide support wherever we can. For a quick snack, we always offer fresh fruit and a choice of beverages. <\/p>\n

Our workplaces meet all current requirements for ergonomic workstations and even significantly exceed them. For example, all our office spaces are equipped with state-of-the-art LED lights that provide healthy, dimmable, daylight-like illumination. <\/p>\n

Controllable shading is just as self-evident as fresh air through automatic ventilation in the modern offices. The modern building is heated by an energy-saving heat pump, which can also slightly cool the concrete core activation in summer. <\/p>\n

Electromobility<\/h2>\n

In 2016, we added our first electric vehicles to our fleet. Since then, more electric and hybrid vehicles have joined them. All company cars now have electric drives. Our employees can choose their company car within the framework of our car policy. However, for vehicles with internal combustion engines, we have set maximum values for CO2<\/sub> emissions. To enable our colleagues to charge their company vehicles during working hours, there are electric charging stations in the underground car park. We are also planning further expansion here. <\/p>\n
