    Management Buyout and Independence<\/h2>\n

    On March 1, 2025, the business of the original credativ was acquired from NetApp by the current management. The four partners David Brauner, Noel K\u00f6the, Alexander Wirt, and Peter Dreuw will continue to operate the business independently with the newly founded credativ IT Services GmbH for this purpose, now renamed credativ GmbH. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
