If you have problems with your open-source infrastructure or your database, we are happy to offer you ad-hoc emergency support. To do so, please contact us by email at vertrieb@credativ.de or via our contact form. In urgent cases, simply call us. We require information from you about the problem and about you as the client (company, authority).

For legal reasons, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to help you immediately as part of our ad-hoc support, but we naturally make every effort to start processing your request as quickly as possible.
After your request, a technician will contact you and ask for initial details about the problem in order to clarify whether we can help you. In this case, we require a declaration of assumption of costs or an informal order from you. Of course, you can also set a time or cost limit here. Only the actual time spent is charged per hour started.
We assist with error analysis and troubleshooting and support you in the event of unplanned staff absences and emergency situations.
