Quality Management & Sales Support (m/f/d)

Part-time · 20 hrs/week · permanent position · predominantly on-site in Mönchengladbach

About Credativ

credativ GmbH has specialized in open-source technologies since 1999. From our location in Mönchengladbach, we consult and operate business-critical infrastructures around PostgreSQL, Linux, Proxmox and virtualization – with a clear focus on digital sovereignty. As an ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified company, we value reliable processes and secure data handling.

What it’s about

We are looking for a colleague who brings together two things: responsibility as Quality Management Representative and support for our sales team in day-to-day operations.

To be honest: quality management is not a full-time topic for us – realistically we are talking about around 10 hours per month. However, it does require genuine expertise. Our QM system according to ISO 9001 is still young; we only recently received certification. There is therefore still noticeable development work: existing documentation, regulations and processes need to be refined, and the next audit is already scheduled for the end of the year. This is precisely why experience in this area is important to us.

For the larger part of your working time, you will support our back office. We will agree together on which tasks will be assigned to you, based on suitability and interest. And if it fits, a portion of sales activity can also be added in the future.

Your tasks

Quality Management (responsible role)
  • Maintenance and further development of our QM system according to ISO 9001
  • Refinement of existing documentation, processes and regulations
  • Preparation and support of internal audits as well as the external audit at the end of the year
  • central contact person for QM questions within the company
  • close coordination with the ISO 27001 representative (ISO 27001 is not your responsibility, but it is a shared topic – especially around the audit)
Sales & Office Organization (main part of the activity)
  • Order processing
  • not classic outbound sales, but support of existing customers in the sense of key account management
  • Preparation of quotations
  • administrative and coordinative support of the sales team
  • if applicable, general office organization and coordination of ongoing operations
  • specific task distribution within the team according to your strengths

Your profile

  • Experience in quality management, ideally with ISO 9001 and a basic understanding of related frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, ISO 14001 or similar)
  • commercial training or comparable qualification or experience in back office or sales
  • structured, independent and reliable working method
  • Enjoyment of bringing together different topics and setting priorities independently
  • Strong communication skills; very good German, good English skills are important (open-source and international environment)
  • Interest in a technically oriented environment – in-depth IT knowledge is not a requirement

What we offer

  • a varied part-time position with a broad, customizable mix of tasks
  • permanent position with flexible working time arrangements within approximately 20 hrs/week
  • genuine scope for development, especially with the still young QM system
  • a collegial team, flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths
  • a company with a clear position: open source and digital sovereignty
  • Opportunity to participate in our company pension scheme
  • mobile working by arrangement as far as tasks permit

Interested?

Then we look forward to receiving your application – informal and with a brief note on which part of the position particularly appeals to you.
