Linux and Open Source specialists (m/f/d) specializing in configuration management

The work with the large IT infrastructures of our customers requires the know-how from different areas of Open Source software. During our daily work we regularly come into contact with new technologies, for example Kubernetes, OpenShift, Puppet or Ansible.

Depending on where your focus lies, you can work with us as a system administrator (SysAdmin), in the DevOps team, or for example directly in the database environment.

You become an important member of our Open Source team in which many leading German Open Source specialists implement our customer projects. Your future colleagues have extremely in-depth knowledge, which is what makes our company so unique and which we would like to share with you.

If you are involved in the Open Source community, we will naturally support your activities in this area.

What you should be able to provide:

  • Extensive experience in working with Linux systems and configuration management
  • Motivation and the ability to work in a team
  • The willingness to contribute your ideas and knowledge
  • Spoken and written communication in English
  • Basic knowledge of the German language is desirable
  • The ability to seek and find customer-oriented solutions
  • The willingness to travel occasionally

Knowledge in the following areas is also beneficial:

  • Configuration management with Puppet, Ansible or comparable solutions
  • Continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Development, operation and error analysis in large system landscapes
  • Software deployment and packaging
  • Software development
  • Ruby, Perl, Python or C/C++
